Our promise to our customers, is providing the specific item that you are interested in purchasing is on our website, and you find the same product on another website for a lower price, we will match it.

To benefit from our 'Price Match Promise' you must provide us with the following information:
Name, Telephone Number, Email Address, details of the product you have seen the price and the website address.

After we receive your information, we will check out your price match request and contact you by telephone.

CONDITIONS
Deans Furnishers Ltd provide this service only on products that:
Are on our website or made by manufacturers that we hold accounts with


Deans Furnishers Ltd will not price match any of the following:
Shop damaged, Shop floor models,  Second hand, Discontinued goods
Bulk buys.

A price match can only be provided on current prices.  A price comparison must come from a recognised, reputable, legally trading UK internet furniture retailer.
The approval of the retailer is up to the discretion of Deans Furnishers Ltd.
Once the price has been matched, it will remain matched for a period of 24 hours.If the customer exceeds this time limit a new request must be made.

The price match is non transferable.
